2017 Grenache Blanc

Our fourth vintage of Grenache Blanc. Sourced from Clay Station Vineyard in Lodi, California, the vineyard is expertly farmed by Markus Bokisch. Fruit was harvested at night, sorted at the winery, whole cluster pressed with the juice sent to tank. Juice was allowed to settle and then racked off the gross lees. Juice was inoculated and slowly fermented to dryness in tank.  Wine aged in neutral barrels for seven months. Filtered.

With a textured and layered mouthfeel, this wine over-delivers for its price point. A light to medium-bodied attack leads to pleasing flavors of pear, peach and lemon with a smooth, easy finish. Drink now.
